  • Location Data: GPS data is collected only during active deliveries to provide navigation, tracking, and delivery updates. Tracking stops when the driver goes offline or completes a delivery.
  • Photos & Media (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES): The app may request access to photos only when the user chooses to upload a proof-of-delivery or issue image. The app never scans, collects, or accesses other media automatically.
  • Communications: Messages and support requests you send through the app.
3. How We Use Your Data
  • To create and manage accounts.
  • To process orders, deliveries, and payments.
  • To confirm successful deliveries using uploaded images.
  • To provide navigation and live tracking for delivery partners.
  • To ensure security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal requirements.
4. Sharing & Third Parties

  • Buyers, Sellers, or Delivery Partners involved in a transaction.
  • Service providers such as payment processors, hosting, and analytics platforms.
